Why "Incarnation"?
The incarnation names the foundational mystery of the Christian faith: the infinite, eternal God took on finite human form and entered our world. Just as the first disciples came to faith because they experienced God embodied in Christ, we believe that belief is possible when the truth becomes an incarnate reality.
We hope to be a community in which the Good News isn't merely an abstract idea but - however imperfectly - an incarnation of the Body of Christ, where people can experience for themselves, not just words, but the Word made flesh.

What do we Believe?
While we confess the same faith and doctrine - the Apostles' Creed - as Christians have for centuries, our community is distinguished not by the content of its faith but by how it believes these truths are made believable. In our age, especially, people believe not because of words, but where they encounter the Word made flesh, in communities where people live as if what we claim to believe is actually true.
